You Don’t Have to Navigate This Alone
Executor Ally Plus is ongoing support through the whole estate administration, from probate through to final distribution. It’s for Executors who want regular one-on-one help, practical tools and someone to check in with, so important steps don’t get missed and they aren’t working through it on their own.
It’s a good fit if the estate is complex or spans more than one province or territory, if you’re handling things from a distance, or if you simply want support at every step. Nancy has acted as Executor for an estate in another province herself, so she knows what it takes to manage one from a distance.

Who This Service Is For
This service is ideal for:
- Executors handling larger, complex, or multi-jurisdiction estates
- First-time Executors who want confidence, clarity, and structured support throughout the process
- Executors living out of province or far from the estate location, requiring flexible, ongoing support
- Families seeking to minimize risk, stress or conflict during estate administration
- Anyone who wants professional guidance at every step, so important details aren’t overlooked
Why This Service Matters
Administering an estate means dealing with legal, financial, tax and administrative tasks: probate, tax filings, distributing assets, keeping beneficiaries informed and working with financial institutions. It usually happens while you’re grieving. Without guidance, it’s easy to miss a deadline, overlook paperwork or second-guess your next step.
Executor Ally Plus gives you structure, guidance and practical tools, with someone helping you keep track of the details. The decisions stay yours, and you’ll have support while you make them.
How This Service Works
- The process begins with a 90-minute kickoff meeting to review the estate, understand the documents, and outline the administration plan
- Monthly check-in meetings provide structured guidance and help you complete tasks in the correct order
- Email support is available for brief questions that arise between scheduled meetings, within the scope of the service
- Guidance is provided on when to involve legal, tax or financial professionals, so you know who to call and when
- Support continues through each stage of the estate administration process, from probate to final distribution
- Meetings are available in every province and territory by video call, and in person in the Calgary area. If you’ve sent your documents ahead, a phone call works too.
Executor Ally Plus is provided by Nancy Boisvert, Certified Executor Advisor (CEA), from the first conversation through final distribution.
