Your Plan Was Right Then. Is It Still Right Now?
The Annual Estate & Legacy Plan Review is a yearly check to make sure your plan still fits your life, your family and your wishes.

Who This Service Is For

Why This Service Matters
An estate plan isn’t something you set up once and forget. Relationships change, assets change, and so can the people you’d choose to make decisions for you. A plan that suited you several years ago may not reflect what you want now.
This annual review helps you:
- Confirm that your documents still reflect your current wishes and priorities
- Make sure the people you’ve named, and your beneficiaries, are still the right choices
- Identify where your documents may need updating after changes in assets, housing or family circumstances
- Reduce the risk of outdated information causing delays or confusion later
How This Service Works
- Initial conversation to review your goals and any changes during the past year
- Guided review of your existing documents and planning information
- Identification of gaps or outdated elements that may need attention
- Clear recommendations for updates or next steps
- Optional referrals to trusted legal or financial professionals if needed
- A written summary outlining findings and suggestions
- Meetings are available in every province and territory by video call, and in person in the Calgary area. If you’ve sent your documents ahead, a phone call works too.
