Why This Service Matters

Estate planning is about more than documents. It’s about making sure your wishes are clear and the people you count on aren’t left guessing. A lot of people put it off because they don’t know where to start, or aren’t sure what they already have in place.

This session helps you see what may be missing and what matters most to you, so you’re ready when it’s time to put your wishes in writing with a lawyer or notary.

Led by a Certified Executor Advisor

This service is led by Nancy Boisvert, a Certified Executor Advisor (CEA), who has acted as an Executor, a Power of Attorney and a Medical Representative more than once. The session covers the main planning documents: a will, a power of attorney for your finances and a health care directive.

It’s a good first step before you meet with a lawyer or notary to draft or update your documents.
