Nancy’s work is grounded in personal experience. She stepped into the roles of Power of Attorney and Medical Representative for a close friend and saw firsthand how complex and demanding those responsibilities can be. That experience led to the creation of NEXsteps, to help others be better prepared before those moments arise.
